Curious is a mobile application designed to help users develop awareness and critical thinking about their habits, particularly related to pornography use. The App provides:

You must be at least 17 years old to use Curious. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
Curious offers auto-renewable subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly in accordance with their refund policies.

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Curious and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and insights. While we strive to provide helpful and accurate information:
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CURIOUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curious and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
